Chery Automobile Co, China's largest maker of own-brand cars, and Chrysler LLC are in talks about forming an auto making venture to tap demand in the world's second-biggest vehicle market. A domestic venture would build on a deal agreed last year under which Chery will supply cars to Chrysler for sale in overseas markets.
