Sales of new vehicles in the US are at their lowest in 15 years and nobody is quite sure when they will begin to recover. Honda has ordered production cuts at its US factory that assembles the Accord - one of the most popular cars in North America. GM, Ford and Chrysler have also have announced production cuts.
