Ford unveiled its new Fiesta small car. It goes on sale in Europe this fall, with introductions in Asia, Australia, and North and South America to follow. After losing more than $15 billion over the past two years, Ford is planning to follow the Toyota approach and cut costs by selling what is essentially the same car in different markets.
