Volkswagen's Routan minivan will have a base price less than $25,000 when it goes on sale as a 2009 model in September. The Routan is a mildly reworked version of the Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The Routan will be built in Windsor at the Chrysler assembly plant that builds the Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country.
