Automakers and auto-related companies, like tiremaker Bridgestone and cars.com, typically are the second-largest buyer of ad time during the Super Bowl. Familiar names like General Motors Corp. and Toyota Motor Corp. plan to advertise during the game. But for Super Bowl XLII, those giants will be joined by Audi and Hyundai.
