Indian automaker Mahindra and Mahindra might pull out of a joint venture with France's Renault and Japan's Nissan to build a billion-dollar plant in India. Mahindra, with a 50 percent stake in the venture, was unhappy about partnerships the two companies had stitched together with other Indian automakers.
