Ssangyong Motor Co, a South Korean unit of China's biggest auto maker SAIC Motor Corp, expects vehicle sales to rise 3.8 percent this year, helped by a new luxury car in the domestic market. Ssangyong forecasts to sell 141,800 units this year.
