Mitsubishi will bring a new coupe concept to January's Detroit auto show. The new coupe-either the Concept or the Concept RA, will use a lot of the goodness baked into the new Lancer Evolution in a two-door body that harks back to the original Eclipse of the late 1980s. The Concept in fact uses the Evo's twin-clutch transmission, but teams it not to a turbo four but to a 2.2-liter turbodiesel four with variable valve lift, timing and direct injection.
