Rüdiger Grube, the German strategist who helped put together the DaimlerChrysler merger in 1998 and then take it apart nine years later, will represent Daimler AG's remaining 19.9 percent stake in the Auburn Hills automaker as a member of the five-person board of Chrysler Holding LLC.
