The Colt Car Company, distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Britain, has reached an out-of-court settlement in a dispute with 11 of the 15 firms planning to undercut the company's 145-outlet dealer network by importing cheaper vehicles made by the Japanese car group in Thailand.
