Nissan, Honda Recall Cars in Japan

Nissan Motor Co. and Honda Motor Co. are recalling thousands of vehicles sold in Japan and elsewhere in Asia because of defective parts. Nissan is recalling 31,702 Elgrand wagons because of a gearbox problem that could make accelerating difficult. Honda is recalling 8,466 Accord passenger cars and 4,571 Accord wagons for faulty headlight covers, a defect that could allow water to enter electrical circuits.
