Toyota, Honda recall a combined 103,517 vehicles

Toyota Motor Corp and Honda Motor Co said they were recalling a combined 103,517 vehicles. Toyota said it was recalling 50,621 vehicles in all to repair a faulty seal on a fuel pump valve, including 36,411 in Japan. Honda said it was recalling in Japan 13,352 units of its S2000 sports car built between March 1999 and May 2002 because of an inappropriate connection between the engine and the spark plug that could cause the engine to stop.
